Georgia is a Police State-America is a Police Nation
By Kerry Walker
It is very difficult to believe that I was arrested over four years ago, over a week after having the crap beat out of me by a violent, unbalanced, and controlling nutcase and after being put through the purest form of physical and psychological torment, virtually all night long. But this is the America I have come to know.
I have fought a relentless battle for my innocents and I have put together a defense that could not be beat, with witnesses on top of witnesses, and documented evidence upon documented evidence. Had I put all of my faith into the hands of attorneys alone and in the process of our so-called justice system, I would most likely be sitting in a prison cell wondering how this could happen to an innocent man—a man that was in fact the VICTIM of this violent unbalanced female and not the perpetrator.
I have never gone to trial, after my first trial was interrupted before seating a jury by the fact that evidence that was the crux of my defense had been altered to eliminate this thick layer of dust on the shaft of this crossbow that was definitive proof that it had not been cocked or loaded as this woman claimed. This woman alleged that, for no reason at all, I just walked into my bedroom with a smile on my face and picked up a crossbow and cocked it, loaded it, and pointed it at her.
But Judge Sumner made light of the fact that this evidence had been altered and stated it “was a broad stroke to paint” to insinuate that an Officer of the State would alter this evidence. But because of this evidence being altered, my trial on November 19, 2002 ended before it got started and, by my decision not to go forward, my attorney of record, Jeff Rusbridge, became a witness in my case.
Why would a judge make light of such critical evidence being altered, especially when an expert witness, Wade Pittman, from W. D. Archery in Carterville, Georgia, could testify to the fact of the condition of this evidence and to this being proof beyond a mathematical certainty that this crossbow was not cocked or loaded as this woman claimed, and my attorney of record had also witnessed the condition of this evidence along with this expert witness a short time after this alleged incident had occurred? On top of this, the State had been notified to preserve this evidence after the now former detective Peavy had ignored my pleas to consider this critical fact about the condition of this evidence that was proof of my innocents when this evidence was collected by the State. Because of this detectives dishonesty my bogus charge of Simple Assault was upgraded by a Grand Jury to Aggravated Assault, a felony. And on top of all this, this now former detective Peavy had ignored all the evidence at the scene that pointed to my innocents and, on top of that, he never interviewed the only witness at the scene as well as to ignore the reality that this woman had contradicted every statement in her Police Report, (that was not filed until several days after the alleged incident), by her very statements in her interview with Peavy just before my arrest. Yet I was still arrested!?
Then on the day of my arrest and my subsequent bond being posted by a friend, I was able to talk to this woman on the phone and get critical statements that proved that she was both violent and a liar. But Peavy not only ignored this information, but he had the transcript doctored to end with me saying “Bye” just before this information by the alleged victim was given that contradicted her story and then Peavy made sure that the tape would never be found. But I had recorded the other end of the conversation and had proof of his criminal behavior and Obstruction of Justice. And on top of this I had recorded a conversation with Peavy that same day where he stated the very pretense to his motive for this behavior when he said that the truth “don’t concern him one way or the other.” He made it very clear in this recorded conversation that he was not concerned that he had ruined my life with this false arrest and that he was the type of dishonest personality that would do what ever it took to manufacture the guilt of an innocent man—a man that was in truth the VICTIM of this controlling, violent and demented woman’s behavior and not the perpetrator of violence of any kind.
But what does it mean for an Officer of the State to commit such crimes against a law abiding citizen that had turned his life around nearly nine years before this incident and now nearly fourteen years ago? Absolutely nothing! A citizen’s complaint about crimes committed by an Officer of the State means absolutely nothing to the authorities, and, believe it or not, this is the law.
I have written to many representatives and senators, and congressmen—all the way up to the Vice President and President. Rep. Byrd lied to me about having my case investigated and I can prove this by our taped conversations and emails, and her husband Mike Byrd, Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, never even responded to my Certified Mail asking for an outside investigation, yet this town violates the integrity of our Founding Fathers and our Constitution and post the Ten Commandments, with reference to the Christian Bible, in our courthouse.
Derick Corbett, from John Linder’s office, was the only one that inquired about my case and that did anything to try to help me.
Incident Reports filed by me have always left out critical information that I stated to the responding officers and my attempts to file Supplemental Reports were met with refusal and even the threat of arrest. The Secret Fraternity and the Code of Silence brings about a band of thieves that answer to each other before they answer to this energy behind all Creation, which is God. I filed a report on Peavy’s actions and this report did not even contain his name and a Supplemental Report that I attempted to file six months later was again refused and then the report filed by Corporal Sims contained false information and outright lies, and I have absolute proof of this by means of a recording device used in plain view of this dishonest officer.
I have reported Peavy’s actions and the details of the facts to Captain Edward Lacey of Internal Affairs. I have written to Sheriff Roger Garrison, with no response received. I have asked the District Attorney, Garry Moss, twice to investigate Peavy’s actions and then to have an outside investigation done and he never responded to my letters. I have asked the Attorney General’s office to investigate Peavy’s actions. I have asked the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to investigate Peavy’s actions. I have written Governor Perdue several times and talked with Governor Perdue and the Special Assistant to the Governor, Ben Fry, in person about his actions. And even though Governor Perdue sent a letter to me and to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation asking them to “review” my case and report directly to me, this means absolutely nothing, unless Governor Perdue ask them specifically to “investigate” my case, and this he apparently will not do. So in simple terms, the Governor and Mr. Fry played me for a fool.
I have been given back the evidence collected by the State in my case and I have been told that my indictment is being dismissed. Of course the “Chain of Custody” of this evidence has conveniently been doctored to leave a blank in the “Received By” space on November 14, 2002 and just before my trail on November 19, 2002. This break in the “Chain of Custody” makes it very difficult, if not impossible, to determine in hearings who altered this evidence before it was brought to my trial. I was told by two attorneys and by Holly, the assistant to the prosecution in my case, that my case was being dismissed and then after attempting to talk with the prosecution, Wally Rogers, about leaving the State of Georgia in order to work in Florida as an Instructor with the United States Parachute Association, and apparently because I took some pictures, with permission, of the Ten Commandments being displayed in our courthouse, I’ve now been told by Holly, (which contradicts her recorded statements to me beforehand that my charges were being dismissed and that she had prepared the order herself and that it was with Judge Harris waiting for his signature), that my charges are still under consideration and the order is still with the Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Rogers.
This low class and unbalanced woman has tormented me and this crooked cop has tormented me with the help of his buddies with a badge and these big egos to go along with it, and now I’m being tormented by the District Attorney’s office by means of Wally Rogers, and they just keep on playing games with me. I think this is pure and simple harassment and further displays the malicious and biased attitude, with extreme prejudice, of the prosecution and the District Attorney’s office towards me.
I have never thought about this state where I was born and raised in the light that I do
now, and I have come to the truth and the reality of how politically demented this country that I thought was so great really is. When we go beyond ourselves and observe with the truth of discontented eyes and listen with the truth of discontented ears, we can’t help but see the sad reality of a Police State and a Police Nation, and the reality that, as a citizen, or as an individual, I am no more important than the proverbial slug in the garden or that insect that sucks their blood.

Asleep in the USA
Asleep in the USA
“All that is needed for evil to prevail is for good people to do nothing.” Those that say it are correct in stating that we all have the good and the bad. Where you are mistaken is in your erroneous belief that these two opposites exist in some sort of harmonious balance in the time in which we live. One only has to look at the world or our present judicial system with one eye open to recognize and observe that this is certainly not the case.
I will not disturb your dream state or sleep by sharing here with you an exhaustive number of injustices and stories of bad judicial conduct that I have personally witnessed or read about. Nor will I give you an account of the acts of dishonesty, pressured plea bargains, manipulation, extortion, and tampering with evidence that I have witnessed in my personal experiences. We have evolved a system that believes the lies by means of false accusations before the truth is ever sought out and will go to any length to convict a man not guilty of the charges against him. We have evolved a system that will not step back and consider the reality of the evidence that points clearly to a man’s innocence.
A man convicted against his will and the truth he holds of his innocence – is of the same opinion that I am. There have been some studies done, but it is difficult to come up with an accurate number, but some good estimates are that there are some 100,000 men and woman in jails or prisons for crimes they did not commit. I know this to be true by the few trials and plea bargains that I have sat through, having watched what I believe to be innocent men convicted or to reluctantly admit to a crime after being forced to do so in order for a plea to be set forth—a version of the crime set forth by the State that the defendant had been denying all along in its essence, and of which there was no good evidence of their guilt. The State has just to put up some officer or investigator that will invent or fabricate evidence, yet unproven otherwise, and the average juror will believe them. Imagine that DNA evidence has cleared one in eight men on death row, caged for years in pain for a crime they did not commit. There have been over 210 human beings convicted of murder, rape and other serious crimes that have been cleared only because there is DNA evidence available to prove their innocence. If you do not see that this is evil and that this is criminal, something is deeply wrong with you.
There is neither the desire or the motivation in many people like me to convince opposing voices that go on sleeping while injustice prevails. You see, there is a growing number of people like myself who have a deep knowing that the chances are good that - it won't be very long before you, or someone you know, will fully understand, by way of personal experience, exactly what I am talking about. But once you are caught up in this nightmare and become “a cog in the wheel”, and you struggle to get through it and maybe loose everything in the process, once it is over, you will be so afraid of this monster that you will do everything in fear of ever seeing it again. In this fear lies the tragedy of our system and the tragedy of your life, and, I believe, the violence in our society.
When there is love there is no fear. Fear distorts and brings about psychological pressures that, if remain unchecked, can destroy a man or a woman. This system operates on such fear and it’s overwhelming to many, and on occasion this pressure brings about the very destruction of the individual, and often the destruction of others. If the defendant knows of his own innocence but is being pursued with a vengeance by the prosecutor and all the facts are being misconstrued and even manipulated and altered by the State in the attempt to indicate one’s guilt, this pressure is even greater.
Some of those in this system are good people that are a thorn in the side of anyone that is corrupt, and there are good judges as well. But this is so rare that it is hardly detectable and how can anyone stand for “honesty and goodness” in a system that is so blinded by the rampant air of the criminal mind.
Most people believe the system works and they believe the only ones who are complaining about it are those who have an unjustified gripe against the system and that these are the “criminals” who are getting their just due anyway. The people will not rally around what they consider to be someone just crying wolf.
Enough people have to be affected in order for reform movements to succeed, and this means coming forward with your complaint. If we continue to be fearful of standing up for our rights even after our rights have been violated, and possibly even crimes committed against us by those that are Officers for the State, then we are either being brainwashed into believing that the system works or that it is so corrupt that there is nothing we can do to change it. For those that have never been caught in the gauntlet of the system and are unaware of the injustices in the system, they have no desire to change a system that they believe is working in a legal and just fashion and they will turn a deaf ear to anyone that wants to bring about this change. Our greatest opponents are not the judges, or the prosecutors, or the lawyers---Our greatest opponents are the people themselves.
BUT
Effective judicial activism on the grass roots level has been a long time coming and I believe it must exist until there are some much needed and long overdue reforms in our system of justice or we may very well bring about the destruction of our society at large. I guess it is my calling to change direction once again in my life and become such an activist for myself and, most importantly, for others. I feel somehow this system is so astray from what represents justice that it, in some form, is perpetuating the violent and disturbed society that is in place today.
We have a system that will judge a man based on his past and not on what he has become. It is a system that will often believe the lie over the truth. And those within the system, the police and the investigators, are so fast to put the statements of a woman over a man’s when it comes to Domestic Violence that it can be devastating. But the statistics, if studied, show that the violence perpetuated by women against men is so close that it is considered to be equal. And in the process of filing Temporary Restraining Orders, the testimony of a woman scorned is taken down as to be fact and the final truth, and there is no Due Process to find out the truth before the man is served. On the other hand, and I have had personal experience with this, if the man goes to Family Violence and attempts to even discuss physical violence perpetuated on him by a woman, he is often ignored.
How many women have been killed by a man that has snapped because he was so enraged in anger from completely fabricated acts of violence and other sick behavior lodged against him and put down on paper as truth? Then, as in most cases, he has killed himself or gone to prison for life. I know the fact of false allegations to be realistic from first hand experience, and nothing is done to them for this criminal act of perjury, even when there is proof of such False Swearing. I fully believe that it is no exaggeration on my part that the State is indirectly responsible for ruining or ending the lives of thousands of good human beings. The State is this monster that will eat you up and it is the monster, that, if you are not guilty as indicted, it does not care.
I have never been well liked by those that are corrupt or that cheat others, because I have always refused to go along with it. There is corruption and deceit in almost every walk of life, and people tend to stick together like a band of thieves. Our judicial system and all those that operate in it, as well as most of the lawyers, are often like this band of thieves operating in a good ‘ol boy system that simply justifies and accepts the inevitable corruption. It’s time we stand up for ourselves against the tyranny of this system, and somehow, someway, bring about a change within it.
I am fully aware that no change can come about until each individual realizes that his or her conciseness is not separate from the rest of mankind. We are the world. What you are is the rest of society. This is a fact. It is not until we are each at peace within ourselves that we will bring about order within our culture. It does not matter how much knowledge we have or how powerful we become, without goodness and love one is not educated.
The problem that confronts most of us is whether we are an instrument of a system to be used, controlled, manipulated, and destroyed by a certain pattern of government; or does society, the State, exist for the individual? Is the individual the creator of society; or is he merely a puppet to be exploited and butchered as an instrument of so-called justice? How are you going to find this out? It is a serious problem, isn’t it?
I can tell you with certainty that the system here in Cherokee County is corrupt and that it has believed the lies of low class and dishonest women that have easily pulled the wool over the eyes of those working for the State, and for some reason, yet unknown to me, those working for the State have attacked me on every front and done every evil in the book to bring me harm. To add insult to injury, those working for the State have done everything to avoid the truth in my case, and have refused to look at the facts that clearly show that I am not guilty of these crimes, as I have been charged. In fact I was the VICTIM of this psychopath and now I have been made into the perpetrator. I have been considered “guilty” of a crime I did not commit ever since the day I was charged and I am still fighting for my innocence from an incident that happened 42 months ago, on September 16, 2001.
I first told my attorney to file a Motion for a Speedy Trial over three years, and when I talked to him again about a month later he still had not filed this motion, as I had demanded. My attorney explained to me that it made the State mad when this motion was filed and that they put you on every trial calendar. I told him that I did not care if it made them mad, I wanted this motion filed. The next time I talked to him he still had not filed a Motion for a Speedy Trail, and he again explained this reason to me and he added that sometimes it was best for it to take time to go to trial because memories fade, and witnesses move. I again explained that I wanted to go to trial, because the witnesses were on my side, and I wanted to get this behind me. This motion was never filed! Now it has been so long and there has been so much corruption that has taken place over the past several years that I would be a fool to think that I could get a fair trial in this county after all that has been done.
The investigator never interviewed the only witness at the scene. A transcript of a recorded conversation was doctored by a licensed transcriber at the request of Preston Peavy, the so-called "investigator" in my case, to elliminate statements that could have proved the alleged victim to be violent and added definitive proof to all the other evidence that she is a prolific liar. This so-called investigator ignored evidence that could have proved my innocence when this evidence was collected and was pointed out to him by me. And then this evidence, that was the crux of my case, was altered by the State at my trial on November 19, 2002 to elliminate this exculpetory evidence, and the crime of Felony Tampering with Evidence was committed, yet the judge made light of the obviouse fact that all this had been done to me. This evidence that had been altered was observed by my attorney along with an "expert" witness just after my arrest!!!
I heard nothing about my case for well over two years until I asked the State to dismiss these charges against me and all I got in the mail was a new trial date, and now I’ve been forced to spend an additional $7,500.00 to hire yet another attorney, and I’m still left owing some $2,500.00 or possibly more.
I am looking for others that have truthfully been done wrong by the system here in Cherokee County. I want to help myself and I want to help you, and, most importantly, to help expose and change the corruption of this system.
If you have a case pending, your attorney may tell you not to talk to me or anyone else about your case. This is true in most cases, but you must realize that you have a right to talk to me and you have a right to say anything or write anything you want, as long as the content is of good character and does not violate your bond conditions in any way.
Anyone that is willing to help in anyway, please contact me, at 404 886 2503 or write me at 4590A Knox Bridge Hwy, Canton, Ga. 30114. Let’s get together and talk and let me help you deal with the absolute corrupted power of this system here in Cherokee County.
Together we can make a difference.

Although we give lip service to the notion of freedom, we know the government is no longer the servant of the people but, at last, has become the people’s master. We did not care about the weak or about the strays. They were not a part of the flock. We did not care about those on the outer edges. Now we must look the wolf squarely in the eye. "In this country we embrace the myth that we are still a democracy when we know that we are not a democracy, that we are not free, that the government does not serve us but subjugates us. Although we give lip service to the notion of freedom, we know the government is no longer the servant of the people but, at last, has become the people’s master. We have stood by like timid sheep while the wolf killed -- first the weak, then the strays, then those on the outer edges of the flock, until at last the entire flock belonged to the wolf. We did not care about the weak or about the strays. They were not a part of the flock. We did not care about those on the outer edges. Now we must look the wolf squarely in the eye. That we did not do so when the first of us was ripped and torn and eaten was the first wrong."-- Gerry Spence

My Country is not of Thee
My Country is not of Thee
I’m constantly amazed by the strange attitudes and the activities of the many Christians that live in our great country. Peggy Davis tells a story of attending a Baptist Church service over the Fourth of July weekend. “At the front of the sanctuary was a projector screen with the words ‘God Bless America’. The congregation sang ‘The Star Spangled Banner’ and ‘America the Beautiful’ as the call to worship. The congregation was later led in singing ‘My Country ’Tis of Thee’ by some man with a cordless microphone.
The pastor spoke of our need to protect the flag and expressed thanks [to the Lord] that the Ten Commandments had been returned to their rightful place in the courthouse. He assured the congregation that our government had been founded in Christianity. He spoke repeatedly about freedom. After the sermon, the congregation faced the American Flag at the front of the sanctuary and recited the Pledge of Allegiance.”
This deliberate blurring of the lines between Christianity and patriotism is dangerous to the foundation laid down by our Founding Fathers, but it is more a threat to the American way of life. If it is a given that Christians are also American patriots, it is only a step away from the belief that true American patriots must also be Christians.
Our country was founded on principles of religious freedom and on the principle that established religion would always be kept apart from the affairs of the State. The majority of Americans subscribe to the Christian faith, and the majority of Americans are blindly patriotic, especially in time of war. Our president is outspoken about his own Christian faith, and most politicians make sure that they are known as dutiful churchgoers. My small town throbs to the heartbeat of the “positive Christian outlook” and “blind faith,” and corruption also throbs without question. Anyone that is outside of this Christian mix is pushed even further towards the outer edge, and if all goes well maybe he will just move out of the county.
“Where is the need to force this mix of religion and politics, as if the majority were somehow threatened?” It is easy to see how this movement threatens those that are not Christians and how this movement threatens those that are deeply religions. This unknown and mysterious energy behind all life has nothing to do with these organized belief systems that have been created, invented by man. This “tangible god” simply does not exist, and this is proven by the very fact that it does not acknowledge its own existence.
“Many Christians do not support the religious fervor reaching into our government or the political fervor reaching into the many churches, but they do not speak up and are complicit in their silence.” Those that have applied open-minded studies of orthodox organized religions and, therefore, reject them as false, also remain in the closet and are also complicit in their silence.
This refusal to speak out and to stand up for the truth they see is a very harmful thing for the individual and for the rest of mankind. There is one evil that will certainly destroy this great country and this world if left unabated, and that evil my friend is organized religion.

You are already there
You are already there
Whatever you do in the pursuit of truth or reality takes you away from your own very natural state in which you always are. It's not something you can acquire, attain or accomplish as a result of your effort. All that you do makes it impossible for what already is there to express itself. That is why I call this your natural state. You're always in that state (if your self or your ego is not there to prevent it). What prevents what is there from expressing itself in its own way is the search. The search is always in the wrong direction, so all that you consider very profound, all that you consider sacred, is a contamination in that consciousness. You may not like the word contamination but all that you consider sacred, holy and profound is a contamination. There's nothing that you can do, it's not in your hands. This is something which I can't give because you have it. It is ridiculous to ask for a thing which you already have. There isn't anything to get from anybody. You have what I have. I say you are there.
You see, I maintain that -- I don't know, whatever you call this, I don't like to use the words 'enlightenment', 'freedom', 'moksha' or 'liberation', ‘saved’; all these words are loaded words, they have a connotation of their own -- this cannot be brought about through any effort of yours, it just happens. It happened to me, in my thirty eighth year. And why it happens to one individual and not another, I don't know. That is why I use the word 'acausal'. It has no cause, but somehow the search comes to an end. The search takes you away from yourself -- it is in the opposite direction -- it has absolutely no relation. So, there's nothing that you can do. It's not in your hands. I don't like to use the word 'grace', because if you use the word 'grace', the grace of whom? You are not a specially chosen individual -- you deserve this, I don't know why. If it were possible for me, I would be able to help somebody. But why should I even attempt to give it to you? Other than pointing out certain things I see, I risk becoming another hypocritical spiritual guru or religious leader of some kind.
What happened to me was acausal; it just happened. In spite of all my efforts, struggles, and intentions, this thing happened to me, and that is the miracle of miracles. You cannot make this happen. It is not subject to duplication because when it hits you, it hits you at a time and place never before touched by life. It is not an experience at all, and, therefore, cannot be communicated or transmitted. It is not something you share. It is a rare bird, that's all. All you can do is to put it in a museum and look at it, but you can never duplicate or share it. The closes thing to describing this state of mind (and this may sound a bit odd, so go with me on this) is to picture yourself having been killed in some accident five minutes ago, and now you are gone. All of your greed, your motives, your selfish ambitions, your manipulation of others, your dishonesty, your resentments, everything has gone. Now can you walk in this nothingness, being nothing (no-thing), and simply walk in this death?—So now life and death walk together, like two hands put together in prayer, one being death and the other being life. This is the only means of coming into what you actually are, which is absolute goodness and love, with a righteousness that is nameless and timeless. But the moment you try to achieve this state, the moment there is an effort to acquire, to obtain, you are finished, and right back into yourself again.
So, each individual has now the responsibility, not any particular nation -- India or America or Russia. You see, the individual has to find out his answers for the questions. That is why every individual is the savior of mankind, not collectively. If he can find out an answer for his question, or a solution for his problems, maybe there is some kind of a hope for mankind as a whole -- because we all are brought together: whatever is happening in America is affecting us. Whatever is happening here is affecting the other nations too. You see, the whole world is now thinking in terms of one world, at least theoretically, but nobody is ready to give up the sovereignty of his nation. That is really the crux of the problem. The European Economic Community -- they have joined together only for economic reasons, and not for any other reason. The world is now basically flat when it comes to economics, but no one seems to care about ecology or the true state of mankind, we’re all content just to be hypocrites and to pander the nonsense of our conditioned minds---whatever that happens to be.
In the church they give wine and bread -- what does it actually mean? You see, they have copied it from the days of the savages -- when a hero died there, they ate his flesh and drank his blood hoping that they would acquire the great traits of the hero. So, that is passed on from generation to generation. We are carrying on, not knowing, all those silly things that are going on. I'm not blaming, you see, but what is the heritage you are talking about: Can it really solve the economic and social problems of the world? Can it end the selfish, greedy, and dishonest manner in which each one of us operates? The so-called Christians believe in the latest fade that it does not matter what they do. They believe that, through the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross, they have already become righteous and that nothing you could do will make you more or less righteous in God’s eyes. Look at what kind of society this is producing. How has this belief given you freedom for sorrow and fear? The Christians also believe that the end of the world is near as they have preached nonstop for hundreds of years, so what difference does anything we do make anyhow? This is the real tragedy of this belief system and the illusions of each individual that is caught up in it and their collective effect on the rest of mankind. How much energy and time has gone into debating this nonsense?! Even the so-called recovery programs, the Twelve Step Programs, are in the same boat. Look at all the hypocrisy that exist with the individuals in these programs. Having been through all of this nonsense myself, I have come to the realization that this group therapy is just another form of escaping from myself, and in the long run this kind of group therapy is not the answer. Even the Boy Scouts, which I was deeply involved with all of my young adult life, and the Girl Scouts, have both been overrun by corruption and have lost so much of their meaning. And even education and the accumulation of knowledge (and I have a degree in Architecture and graduated at the top of my class and there is few subjects that I have not studied) is not going to change us. In fact, knowledge, if not put into its proper place in the mind, can be a hindrance to this state of mind that is absolutely and unconditionally free.
The political problems and the economic problems in this country go together, and they are all tied into organized religious belief systems. You can't separate them; they are all one. It is all one integrated unity. Why do you separate these things? The constitution says that there should be separation of established religion from the state, but this has even lost its meaning in our country. And even if we are successful in this separation, it is all an illusion, because the people that are officers of the state are often believers of established religion. So this separation on this level, which no longer exist anyway, has no meaning. Even our so-called justice system is a sham. The fact is we arrest people that are innocent and then our system convicts them! (laugh) And we are not talking abut a few, we are talking about over one hundred thousand human beings that are locked away in cages with no hope at all, and they are completely innocent. What kind of justice is that? There is no crime more heinous than putting an innocent human being in prison for a crime he did not commit.
Is it possible for you to change the country without a political revolution? Not at all possible. And political revolution is not at all possible in this country, because our constitution says that change, if there is to be any change, should be within the framework of your constitution. But, as I just pointed out, the constitution has lost its meaning in this country, even in the courts. That finishes the possibility of any rebellion against the government that is in power. So how do you expect to change that? This country is not the only culprit...all the western world is to blame...Germany, Spain, France, the entire United Kingdom...they started all of this nonsense...and then we came here to get away from all of it and then we brought our conditioned minds with all the traditional crap and we started the same shit here...
To get elected as President, you have to have millions and millions of dollars (and be dishonest) -- so, once you have spent millions of dollars, you have to make money there. They are not there to serve the country -- not at all -- so don't blame them. I say all these social problems have to be handled by the government, but it must be a good government; there is no room for any private charity anywhere in this world and if we investigate any charity it almost always turns out to be some kind of sham. But the government is not doing its duty and they are a bunch of self-centered uncaring liars, yet we still put our faith in them! Why? If the government does not do its duty, throw the government out! Make them do it. So, if they don't do it, you are responsible for it. Why blame the politicians? Blame yourself. Rich people, you see -- "I want my five acres or five hundred acres of land to be assured or I want my life style to impress others, even if I live in misery." Nobody, no party, can solve the problems of America or any other country; God alone, if there is a God, and even then only if He can. He is singularly incapable of solving the problems of America or the world for that matter. It is not a pessimistic evaluation of the problems of the world, but I don't see how it is possible. I don't see any hope for this world as it is going or for this great country we call America. I want this country to play a very important role in the affairs of the world, but not in the name of some pompous religious beliefs or this bizarre heritage based on unhealthy conditioning. I would be most enchanted if America could play an important part. Even God cannot do it. The all- powerful, almighty God, if there is one -- I don't know if there is any such tangible being -- if he can't do it, what can I and you do? So, I think that one day we will realize that the energy is in each one of us... You see, the people are so weak, Sir, they don't blow up the whole thing. The people live in fear of standing up for what they really believe. If the whole thing is blown up and people were not in fear of standing tough for what they believe (and when I say “blown up” I don’t mean through any form of this violent nonsense), probably there is some chance... You see, the problem of this country is that America got her freedom from brave people that worked so hard and fought for their freedom, died for freedom – But those people no longer exist in large numbers because the people live in this fear and are afraid of their government-- that's really the problem. They say don't stand up to them or you will become their target. It was a pity that we had to fight so hard for our freedom, only for us to give it away; if the Europeans had not imposed their ideas on us through our conditioned minds when all of us came over here and we had followed the true intentions of Columbus and then later our founding fathers, it would have been a different country. If some 500,000 people or more would stand together for the truth, we could bring about change and make this country and this world a better place. But the times don't seem to be ripe for that kind of a thing. You see, unless that kind of a thing happens in America, there is no chance, there is no hope. Now the people in this country are saying, “Give me liberty, or give me…well let me think about it…”
So, probably there is again a need for another teacher -- who knows? -- if there is there is some intelligent energy around the corner-- I don't know. Even the spiritual people we have in our midst seem unable to perform this miracle which is necessary to save this country and the world. Man has to be saved from God -- that is very essential because...I mean all that 'God' stands for, not only God, but all that is associated with that concept of God -- even karma, heaven and hell, rebirth, reincarnation, life after death, the whole thing, the whole business of what we might call the "great heritage of religious tradition" -- all that, you see. Man has to be saved from the heritage of religion. Not only the people; the country has to be saved from that heritage. (Not by revolution, not the way they have done it in the communist countries -- that's not the way. I don't know why; you see, this is a very tricky subject.) Otherwise there is no hope for the individual and no hope for the country. Not that he should become anti-God or an atheist. To me, the theist (the believer in God), the non-believer in God or any outside energy, and the one that comes in between and calls himself an "agnostic" -- all of them are in the same boat. I personally feel that there is no power outside of man, you see -- no power outside of man. If there is some natural energy from the cosmos it operates naturally inside man, and inside anything else it operates on. The Blue Herring that so patiently waits for that fish and then so eloquently spears it with its beak and throws it into the air and catches it in its mouth, has no concept of some outside energy. Whatever power is out there is inside man. So, if that is the case -- and that is a fact to me -- there is no point in externalizing that power and creating some symbol and worshipping it, you know? So that's why I say that God, the question of God, is irrelevant to man today. I don't know if I make myself clear. It's not that you should burn all the religious books and tear down all the temples. That is too silly, too ridiculous, because what temples and religious books stand for is in the man, uh? -- it is not outside. So there's no point in burning all those libraries and making a bonfire of all the religious books the way the crusaders did -- that is too silly; that is not the way to do it, you see. So, that's why I say God is irrelevant -- because man has to rely more and more on his own resources. The heritage you are talking about has produced this man here today, all that is there in him. So, not what is there in the Bible – or as in other parts of the world it is the Koran or the Upanishads, or the Bhagata Gita and so on, not what... all those teachers -- what they thought and what they experienced is part of this man. So, that has to express itself in a new form, which is from this selfless intelligence with its natural compassion and love. If you talk of God it has no meaning at all; everybody becomes a believer in God or a non-believer in God and ends up fighting on the battlefield. What is the point in their reviving Islam? What is the Islam all these people are talking about? What is the point of reviving Christianity? There are over two hundred and fifty sects of organized Christianity, and each is in some kind of conflict with the other. And they're quarrelling amongst themselves, the subdivisions, just the way the Indians in the East are fighting among themselves, the small religions. So, that is why I say God is irrelevant to man in the modern context. What 'God' stands for is already there in man and woman -- the energy is there in each one of us -- there is no tangible power outside of man – there is this unknown energy--maybe of the cosmos--now that some 96% of the cosmos is a mystery to the scientist -- and that has to express itself in its own way. You see, Darwin's theory, as it stands alone, is not to be considered at all if we do not place the observation of some unknown natural energy at work – His basic statements in relationship to whether or not there is an outside energy involved in this process is the subject of much debate. Maybe there is something to evolution in terms of natural selection-- maybe -- but what exactly do we mean by "evolution?" Obviously there have been changes in organism over periods of time, but scientists are so quick (and so rooted in their ambitions) to come to a conclusion. Every thing that man has studied, religion, science, evolution, the universe, physics, history, everything...he always comes to a conclusion, and then he finds out one day that his conclusion was wrong. You see, the simple things become complex, hm? Man has become such a complex individual today that he has to move in the opposite direction. I don't mean, by saying "in the opposite direction," that we have to advocate involution. We just need to slow down and to reflect on what we have become in millions of years. You see, there is no question of going back and starting with the year number one; man has to start where he stands today. But I maintain that man has no freedom of action. I don't mean the fatalism that the organized religions have practiced and still are practicing: when I say that man has no freedom of action it is in relation to changing himself, to freeing himself from the burden of the past, yet, at the same time, learning from the past. It is this understanding of our past and the futility of these traditions which are the product of our past that will allow for an intelligence that goes beyond our past.
What is necessary is that the individual should free himself from the burden of the past, the so-called great heritage we are talking about. Unless the individual frees himself from the burden of the past, he cannot come up with new solutions for the problems; he repeats the same old nonsense... So it is up to the individual. He has to free himself from the entire past, the heritage which we are talking about -- that is to say he has to break away from the cumulative beliefs of the ages -- only then is it possible for him to come out with the solutions for the problems with which man is confronted by today. That is not in his hands; there is nothing that he can do to free himself from the burden of the past. It is in that sense that I say he has no freedom of action. You have freedom to come here or not to come here, to study or teach economics or philosophy or something else -- there you have a limited freedom. But you have no freedom to control the events of the world or shape the events of the world -- nobody should have that power, no nation should have that power. The very illusion that our country has that power and these extraordinary politicians that are imposing that power are going to destroy all of mankind and this marvelous planet we call Earth. You know that most of the smaller countries are helpless. America -- even America, the mightiest, the strongest, the richest and the most powerful nation -- it has been; it is not now. Even Time magazine does not use those phrases any more to describe America. We are hated by so many, and for good reason. If even such countries as Russia and America are not able to control, much less shape, the events of the world, what can the smaller and all the poor countries do? Not a chance.
So the individual is the only hope. And the individual also seems to be totally helpless because he has to free himself from the burden of the past, the entire heritage, not only of a specific religion here in this country, but of the whole world. This energy behind all creation is to vast to fit into any one box called religion.
So is it possible for man to free himself from the burden? Individually, he doesn't seem to have any freedom at all. You see, he has no freedom of action -- that is the crux of the whole problem. But yet the hope is in the individual -- if through some luck, some strange chance... That makes the God we are talking about irrelevant -- God in the sense of this tangeble entity in which you use the word. There is no power outside of man. That power is unable to express itself, because of the burden of the past; when once he is freed from the burden of the past, then what is there, that extraordinary power of this mind, expresses itself. In that sense there's no contradiction. He stops trying to control and shape events, he sails along with events, but, at the same time, he refuses to be a part of any corruption or dishonesty. You and I are not called upon to save the world. Who has given us the mandate? The world has gone on for centuries. So many people have come and gone. It is going on in its own way. So he is freed from all the problems -- not only his problems, but also the problems of the world. And if that individual somehow has an impact, it has an impact; and if it hasn't... We must act without regard to whether or not we will have an impact or not...It is something which cannot be measured, you see. The thing that is important is to act without any desire for this result or that result, or to win or to lose, but just to live without any fear of being who you are, without any image of yourself or any image of others. I want to relate to you for what you are, not through some image that I have formed of you and it would be nice if you did the same for me...
You see, the animal becomes a flower of goodness. That seems to be the purpose -- if at all there is any purpose in Nature, I don't know. You see, there are so many flowers there -- look at them! Each flower is unique in its own way. Nature's purpose seems to be (I cannot make any definitive statement) to create flowers like that, human flowers like that. We have only a handful of flowers, which you can count on your fingers. I’m not going to name them, because there in different walks of life, but there are so few flowers of goodness that just refuse to be hypocritical and that refuse to go along with or put up with any form of dishonesty.
Man becomes man for the first time (and when I say ‘man’, I’m talking about all of mankind, which includes woman of course) -- and that is possible only when he frees himself from the burden of the heritage we are talking about, the heritage of man as a whole (not East and West; there is no East and West). Then only does he become an individual. For the first time he becomes an individual -- that is the individual I am talking about. That individual will certainly have an impact on human consciousness, because when something happens in this consciousness of man it affects the whole, to a very microscopic extent maybe. So, this is a simile: when you throw a stone in a pool, it sets in motion circular waves. In exactly the same way we each affect the rest of mankind, it is very slow, very, very slow-- it is something which cannot be measured with anything. So, maybe that's the only hope that man has -- that's the first time such an individual becomes a man -- otherwise he's an animal. And he has remained an animal, a very ignorant animal, because of the heritage, because the heritage has made it possible, from the point of view of Nature, for the unfit to remain; otherwise Nature would have rejected them a long time ago. It has become possible for the unfit to survive -- not the survival of the fittest , but of those unfit to survive -- and both belief and disbelief is responsible for that. That's my argument. You may not agree. You won't agree. He's not a perfect man, he's not an ideal man -- he cannot be a model for others. He's an individual. He becomes the man, freed from all the animal traits in him. You see, animals follow, animals create leaders, and the animal traits are still persisting there in man -- that is why he creates a leader, the top-dog, and follows.
You become yourself. You see, the shock that your dependence on the entire heritage of mankind has been wrong--that all of the religions of the world have be created, invented by thought--and that God, this tangible God of the organized religions, has be created by thought -- the realization that dawns on you hits you like lightning -- that your dependence on this culture, be it oriental or occidental or whatever, has been responsible for this situation in you. That applies to the whole as well, because all of our society, the nation, is the extension of the individual, and the world is the extension of the different nations. What you are is the rest of mankind.
So you are freed from the burden of the past and become, for the first time, an individual. There is no relationship between these two flowers at all, so there is no point in comparing and contrasting the unique flowers, individuals of absolute goodness and love, that Nature has thrown up from time to time. They, in their own ways, have had some impact, although the whole thing resulted in some tiny colonies fighting amongst themselves and wanting to destroy the other, that's all. It goes on and on and on.
Who is called upon to save this world? No one can save the world. But each flower has its own fragrance, but how few there are that live life, the art of living, having come to understand the true nature of man. Look at what we have done with sex. My God! That is a subject that needs to be explored. Sex has its place when it is neither a pure thing, nor an impure thing. But our culture has made it into something to avoid and into some strange form of some kind of sacred act on the one hand and a demented act on the other. Sex and Christianity never have been good frineds. We deny it on the one hand and then we are eaten up with it on the other. How few of us are able to come to the natural and realistic terms of sex and to be abolutely honest and open about this subject and the problems that accompany it! Like everything else, our haritage has made sex, something so natural and beautiful, into such a terrible problem. When we come to understand the illusions of our conditioned beliefs and come to understand who we are as an individual, we no longer seek escape from ourselves through pleasure, and then the pleasure and the beauty of sex, and its problems, are properly confronted and then sex has its proper place.
If it had not been for the heritage of man, the conditioning of man, and our beliefs, which we are so proud of, we would have had so many flowers like this. So it has destroyed what Nature intended...(It's not that I am interpreting or understanding Nature's ways, the purpose of evolution, or any such thing; there are obviosly changes in organisms and mutaitions over long periods of geological time, but we much question ‘evolution’ as the scientest sees it and we must question the conclusions that are often drawn from science, just as we must question everything.) If it had not been for the culture, conditioning, Nature would have thrown up many more flowers -- so this has become a stumbling block to the individual freeing himself in his own way. What is responsible for his difficulty is this thing, you see, the culture. So, that flower -- what value has that flower to mankind? What value has it? You can look at it, admire it, write a piece of poetry, paint it, or you can crush it and throw it away by putting it in a cage -- but still it is there. It may be of no use to the society at all, but it is there.
If it had not been for the culture, these belief systems based on the many illusions, the world would have produced more flowers, different kinds and different varieties of flowers, not only the one rose that you are so proud of and that you have added so many illusions to. You want to turn everything into one model. What for? Whereas nature would have thrown up, from time to time, different flowers, unique each in its own way, beautiful each in its own way. That possibility has been destroyed by this culture, which has a stranglehold on man, which prevents him from freeing himself from the burden of the entire past. It is only in this insight that he ceases to be somebody else; he is what he is. This shock, this lightning, hitting me with the greatest force, shattered everything, blasted every cell and gland in my body -- the whole chemistry seems to have changed. The brain cell seem to have mutated and order brought to them. There's no scientific evidence or medical man to certify that, but I'm not interested in satisfying anyone's curiosity, because I am not selling this, I am not collecting followers and teaching them how to bring about this change. It's something which you cannot bring about through any volition or effort of yours; it just happens. I say it is acausal. What its purpose is, I really don't know, but it is something, you see. The outcome is goodness and love—a love that is not possessive—yet it can be possessed and manipulated and even destroyed by those that don’t understand it and that are rooted in their haritage, in their bizarre beliefs with all the confusion and hypocracy. They are allways destroying what they don't understand. Those with insight have always been destroyed by those with mediocre minds.
The whole chemistry of the body changes, so it begins to function in its own natural way. That means everything that is poisoned (I deliberately use that word) and contaminated by the culture is thrown out of the system (and it is important to understand if you are a liar and don’t simply stop telling lies by facing the fact that you are a liar you will never touch this). It is thrown out of your system, and then that consciousness or life (or whatever you want to call it) expresses itself and functions in a very natural way. The whole thing has to be thrown out of your system; otherwise, if you don't believe in God, you become an atheist and you teach, preach and proselytize atheism. But this individual is neither a theist, nor an atheist, nor an agnostic; he is what he is. If anything he may be called a deist, only because he has an awareness of some unknown and mysterious natural cosmic energy behind all creation, which he may chose to call God as a referance to this energy, but this is not your paculiar version of god, which is nothing more than an illusion that man has created. The movement that has been created by the heritage of man, which is trying to make you into something different from what you are, comes to an end, and so what you are begins to express itself, that's all, in its own way, unhindered, unhandicapped, unburdened by the past of man, mankind as a whole. So such a man is of no use to the society through the eyes of society and society may want to get rit of him because he becomes a threat to the avery neurosis in that society. He doesn't think that he is chosen, chosen by some power to reform the world. He doesn't think that he is a saviour or a free man or an enlightened man. So, the moment the followers fit him into the tradition, there arises a need for somebody else to break away from that tradition --that is all. I don't care what Krishnamurti said, or what all the philosophers said, or what Buddha said, or what Christ said. It has gone out of my system; not that I have thrown it out or any such thing. It has just gone out of my entire system. So whatever I say stands or falls by itself; it doesn't need the support of any authority of any kind. That is why such a man is a threat to the corruption and the neurosis of society, and to society in general, with it's authority of power and control, which is violence. He's a threat to the tradition because he's undermining the whole foundation of the heritage.
The beauty of this insight is that when one observes the media and the news of all the violence in the world, one simply understands the cause of it all. If we could all see this simple thing that these organzed reliligions, our beliefs and disbeliefs, are a product of our conditioned minds and are the cause of most of our wars and most of the confusion and contradiction in our social structure and the cause of so much violence and wrong doing---If we could see this simple thing there would be right action, and we could have a far more sane and rational and peaceful world to live on.
If you have no love—do what you will, go after all the gods on earth, do all the social activities, try to reform the political or judicial systems, enter politics, write books, write poems—you are a dead human being. Without love your problems will increase, multiply endlessly. And with love, do what you will, there may be risk, but there is no psychological conflict or pain. Then love is the essence of virtue.
_________________Thought has created, invented all the religions throughout the world.

I saw Jesus!
I saw Jesus!
By Kerry Walker
I hope I can get you to be serious for just a moment while reading this, because this demands that we not be superficial or take this lightly in any way. It’s far too important for that.
I was going to Kroger here in Canton, down by exit 14, and I went from my place and I turned on to Travis Tritt Road to go in the back way and for some reason I turned into the modern day cemetery, or 'Memorial Park' as they're now called, just across the street from the grocery store. I parked my truck and I started walking around and wondering about all these people that were buried there and I began to wonder where they were now. Thinking about Jesus, I looked up towards the sky and I found myself looking at these high voltage and high-tension power lines that went through the middle of the cemetery. As I was observing them I could hear the humming sound of their enormous power that ran through the many steel cables that ran between the massive steel structures to support them. Then I had thoughts about the power that was escaping from those lines and how an article I had read talked about the harmful effects of getting too close to them and also I thought about the story about how this guy had run his own steel cables a few feet under some high-tension lines like these and he was able to run his entire house from the escaping electricity that he was able to capture from them.
About that time a powerful sensation came over me and I looked up and there was something coming down from out of the clouds. Now, being a skydiver and an instructor, I thought at first that this object was someone in freefall and then I suddenly realized that this was in fact a person and this person needed to open their parachute or this was going to be another fatality. My heart started pounding as I realized that this individual was not going to deploy a parachute and that the impact was going to be right in front of me! Then suddenly the fall rate began to slow and as my heart pounded harder and faster I watched as it appeared that the individual was beginning to actually fly, or I guess ‘float’ would be a better word for it.
My heart was pounding that much harder and racing like it never had before and I didn’t know what to make of this bizarre event that was happening to me. I’m a person of the most incredible perception of reality, and this was just so amazing to me. I then realized as the figure floated down to the level near the high-tension power lines that there was a strange glow of energy around this figure, much like a halo around it, and then it hit me like a ton of bricks that this was Jesus!
My heart pounded harder and harder as this awe-inspiring event was unfolding before my very eyes. I had always doubted the orthodox descriptions and the biblical accounts of Jesus, but here it was all coming to light right in front of me, standing in this cemetery, underneath the high-tension power lines, right here in Canton, Georgia. As this person got closer and floated just above me, I could see that it was a man and there was this glow clearly radiating from him, and I just knew this was Him. Then all of a sudden, what appeared to be Jesus came within several feet of one of the high-tension power lines and it appeared to zap Him with an electrical shock instantly causing a loud popping sound and a puff of smoke came from Him, and then He appeared to go limp and He fell rapidly to the ground. He impacted the ground in the green grass near one of the gravesites only a few feet in front of me.
My heart was just pounding. I ran over to Him and looked at Him. But then I realized that this man did not look like any of the pictures or the stain glass portrayals of Jesus that I had ever seen. He actually looked middle-eastern, or to be blunt, He looked like one of the terrorist and for a moment or two I thought that He might be one. But then I remembered where Jesus had lived and that in fact He would have looked like a middle easterner because He was born and lived there.
All these thoughts were rapidly running through my mind and my heart was pounding so loud that I could hear it in my ears. Here was what appeared to be Jesus lying there on the ground, and He appeared to be dead! “What was I to do?”, I thought. Then I tried to find a pulse, but He had none! I thought about giving him CPR as I’m trained and well versed in it, but I thought I should call 911 first and get help on the way. But then a terrible fear came over me. If I called 911 the Cherokee County Sheriff’s deputies would get involved and I had not had very good luck with them lately, in fact they had committed terrible atrocities against me in the name of Christianity, so I thought better of it.
I checked again for a pulse, but still no luck. Then suddenly it dawned on me that if this was Jesus, the Son of God, He could not die, and if the biblical accounts were true, He rose from the dead once before anyway.
I was going nuts, and I just didn’t know what to do. I started praying and asking Jesus what I should do, but then I realized that Jesus was lying on the ground in front of me, dead! How was He going to help me?!
As I continued checking His pulse, I was contemplating what I should do. I thought, “Why should I do anything. This is Jesus, the Son of God and maker of all things, why should I have to do anything?” And then I thought again about how He should not die and that He would rise any moment now and come back to life. But then I thought of how it could take three days!—And then it happened! He began to move and then He jumped up and said, “What’s happening man?” and before I could collect myself and give Him an answer He began to float up and He ascended back through the clouds and out of my sight. Thank God this time He stayed away from those high voltage power lines!

More imposition through ignorance
More imposition through ignorance
By Kerry Walker 4/24/06
Can this really be happening? Last week, Governor Sonny Purdue signed a bill that will allow school systems in Georgia to offer elective classes on the Bible. This concerns me greatly, and I should think it would concern a whole bunch of people.
They say these classes are intended to be taught in an objective and non-devotional way, but the reality is that this is just another ploy by these twisted so-called Christians to indoctrinate students, and you can bet your bottom dollar, especially in the smaller towns, that this is exactly what will happen.
If there was no intent to impose this strange religion, why not offer a course that studied the world religions instead? Why just study the Western Bible when they should objectively study the Quran, the Vedas, and the other “Bibles” of the world?
I think learning about the many religions of our world would be far more beneficial. By teaching students about the many religions and the different cultures brought about through haritage we would equip them with the knowledge needed to eradicate the ignorance that creates so much wrong behavior and results in so many conflicts today.

Hippity-hoppity hypocrites
Hippity-hoppity hypocrites
It’s a little surprising to hear fundamentalist Christians run to the defense of the Easter Bunny and Easter eggs. The fact is history teaches us that Rabbits and eggs have never been Christian symbols, but rather they had their beginning as symbols for fertility in pagan spring rituals and were later converted to the Christian spring holiday celebrating the bizarre belief in the resurrection of Christ.
Even some of the Christian Web sites have a negative impute on the rituals of Easter, and one Christian Web site, christiananswers.net, goes so far as to condemn them as “the seductive symbols of ancient ungodly religions inspired by Satan.” So on the one hand we have these Christians that are defending Easter and these rituals, and on the other hand we have Christians that say these rituals are evil. The real threat comes from the conservative Christians which are now attempting to rename Easter as “Resurrection Sunday”, and that’s a little scary.
“Some Christian fundamentalist argue that Easter should be scrubbed clean of all taints of paganism and idolatry, including bonnets, bunnies and jelly beans. Even the term ‘Easter’ they claim, doesn’t have strong biblical roots and possibly traces back to the Teutonic goddess of dawn,” and possibly other ancient belief systems.
During the beginnings of Organized Christianity, the origins and timing of Easter was debated. There is only rumor to the possibility that the Council of Nicaea, around A.D. 325 ruled that Eater was to be held on a Sunday as, so the story goes, determined by astronomical calculations. There is also some evidence that suggest, but only in non-historical letters, that the Counsel of Trent in 1563 further pinned down the date by supposedly using the ecclesiastical vernal equinox.
Unfortunately, as with all aspects of Christianity, history cannot tell us anything that was discussed at either council or how the day and date of the mystical resurrection of Christ was determined.

DOGMA
I want to tell you a story, story,
I want to tell you a story, story.
I want you to listen carefully,
I want you to listen carefully.
It’s about what you believe in,
It’s about what you believe.
What you believe is dogma.
What you believe is false.
Somebody slam a door now,
Somebody slam a door.

ORGANIZED RELIGION
Religions are they here to stay,
Or will they go away someday.
Organized Religion
Organized Religion
Religions, aren’t they just tradition,
Might as well believe in superstition.
Organized Religion
Organized Religion
I’ve heard it said that faith is blind.
If you look into it I think you’ll find,
Organized Religion
Organized Religion
Religions, there a dime a dozen,
Heard about a new one from my cousin.
Organized Religion
Organized Religion
When things just aren’t going right,
I’ll turn to my faith to hide in tonight.

98% NEUROTIC
The world is a fantasy through your eyes,
And you really think that the world is sane,
But it’s really neurotic and you’re to blame.
You can’t seem to see through this disguise,
And you don’t understand that the world is you,
You just go on a being superficial too.
I’m just a human being,
But I don’t like what I see.
All kinds of violence and corruption,
All around me.
You feed off the harm to others,
And you don’t care about their pain.
Is this what keeps you from going insane?
What we’ve done to this world,
It seems a bit odd.
Is it because we are stupid,
Or is it this belief in god.
But maybe someday you’ll realize,
That you are part of its demise.

BRAINWASHED
Thought has created all the religions of the world.
We have been brainwashed!
We have been brainwashed!
We have been bombarded with religious propaganda.
We have been brainwashed!
We have been brainwashed!
Thought creates something sacred and you believe it’s so.
I just want you to know,
We have been brainwashed!
We have been brainwashed!
We have a millennium of conditioning running through our minds.
We have been brainwashed!
We have been brainwashed!
These people that believe have destroyed half the world.
We have been brainwashed!
We have been brainwashed!
And now they are accepting that the world is going to end.
We have been brainwashed!
We have been brainwashed!
I have come upon an intelligence that can save us from it all.
I have not been brainwashed!
I have not been brainwashed!
It’s not your intelligence, and it’s not even mine.
I have not been brainwashed!
I have not been brainwashed!
This is an intelligence that has it foundation in love.
This is true intelligence, the intelligence of the mind.
I have not been brainwashed!

SO YOU SAY YOU ARE A CHRISTIAN
So you say, you say you are a Christian,
So you say, you say you are a Christian.
So what have you done for me?
What have you done for me?
And there’s violence, violence all over the world,
And there’s violence, violence all over the world.
So what have you done for me?
What have you done for me?
And I’m starving, starving over here in Africa,
And I’m starving, starving over here in India.
So what have you done for me?
What have you done for me?
And you’re building, building beautiful buildings,
And you’re spending, spending billions of dollars.
So what have you done for me?
What have you done for me?
And you’re deceiving, deceiving all of you friends,
And you’re deceiving, deceiving even yourself.
So what have you done for me?
What have you done for me?
And you haven’t, haven’t even read the Bible,
And you’re frightened, frightened to question anything.
So what have you done for me?
What have you done for me?
I’m not saying, saying that there is no force,
I’m just saying, saying thoughts responsible.
And we’ll pay for it in the end.
SO YOU SAY YOU ARE A CHRISTIAN
So you say, you say you are a Christian,
So you say, you say you are a Christian.

Our Creator Endowed Us With Natural Rights
Our Creator Endowed Us With Natural Rights
Put together/written by Kerry Walker
I state herein that the People must take matters about government and its relationship to the People back to the Declaration of Independence (DOI), which sets forth, according to the Laws of Nature (which is universal and undeniable), that relationship. According to nature, mankind (the People) is created by the Creator and endowed with natural rights-- not asked for, but existing as being part of the human species. Again, this is according to nature-- regardless of religious belief, or any government-- domestic, foreign, or international.
The Declaration describes the natural relationship between "man" (I'll use the term "People") and government thusly: "That to secure these [natural] rights, governments are instituted among men [among the People], deriving their [government's] just powers from the consent of the governed [the People]." AGAIN I say this is according to the Laws of Nature. Now comes the question, "HOW do the People institute government?" The DOI doesn't direct the specifics on "how" but it does set forth that it's the People that are to institute (create) government FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE of securing their natural rights. That much is established by the DOI.
True-- the Constitution doesn't mention the DOI. Perhaps it should have. However, that doesn't take away from the fact that the DOI is the authority FOR a Constitution by the People, since that is the manner by which the People (actually the states on behalf of the People-- and it has to be "on behalf of the People" since the People is/are the origin of authority for the Constitution) chose to institute its government. The Constitution is the "How" which the People have chosen to institute government in this country. It would have been nice if the Constitution mentioned the DOI as being the authority by which the People created it, but that isn't the only defect it has. Be that as it may, the facts are still there-- whether mentioned or not-- and we must deal with the Constitution as written and theoretically "ratified."
The People can't really go beyond "ratification" because that's when the door opened up for the fraud to pour in, since there was no enforcement provision written into the Constitution as a specific spelled-out process by which the People could have independently prevented the government fraud from happening. "Bind them down with the chains of the Constitution"? Government wasn't "bound" at all, as it should have been.
You get into "Principal/Agent" discussion—There can be no denying that by nature, the People would be likened as the "Principal" (the authority for government) and government the "Agent" (the protector, the guardian) of the People. While it is also the nature of people to be ignorant and lazy regarding legalities, even of their own natural status as being the true sovereigns over government, that does not take away from the fact that THAT IS THE PEOPLE'S NATURAL STATUS whether they exercise it or not-- that status is unalienable –inborn.
You say I don't know of any legitimate agency which can operate outside the knowledge and intention of the Principal. That would be true in normal business. However, with reference to the People, we're dealing with the status of a naturally-created being in relation to the People-created government. Only human beings created by an energy of Creation can take on that natural status, and only in relation to their People-created government. Relationships between Human A and Human B do not consist of that natural status-- a status that exists despite People's knowledge, acceptance, and exercise of it. Organized beliefs and the rejection of this energy behind creation, which are sides of the same coin, interferes with the natually-created being and the Laws of Nature, and therefore that natual status. Our Founding Fathers were adament about the separtation of established religion and the state and for good reason.
That's why we need men (and women), among the People, to represent them and their interests. That's supposed to be the role of government, --and the ONLY role-- to protect the People's rights because it is suggested that they don't have the knowledge, awareness, or skills to protect themselves in society, whether because they are lazy or otherwise. There IS a proper place for government, but it's imperative that it be People-centered, not self-centered. The Framers knew that government would be prone to become self-centered, but they did not provide a means for the People-- not a government function-- to keep that from happening.
And the Clueless and aimless can not be Principal or governing.
So the term "consent of the governed" is admission of an inferior status...akin to servants; The "consent" a slave gives his master. No, that can't be, as a matter of nature. There has to be a minority of the People, operating independently as the People, knowledgeable and cognizant enough to be able to monitor the actions of government, to keep it in line with its fiducial functions for the People. It obviously can't be ALL of the People, because most of them ARE ignorant, lazy, "clueless," and "aimless." But that doesn't negate the fact that they are the governed, spoken of in the DOI, and their interests must be protected by the government, and that "government protection" must be monitored by a segment of the People who ARE informed, "clued in," astute, alert, aware, of what was intended for this country as established by the DOI. That segment cannot be brainwashed, intimidated, deceived, or fooled into thinking that "government is the friend of the People." (You know-- "We're the government, and we're here to help you!")
We must examine the fact that our founding fathers were deist and not orthodox “Christians” as so many believe.
The Founding Fathers of American Independence were largely…
Catholics Christians Protestants Deists
"One of the embarrassing problems for the early nineteenth-century champions of the Christian faith was that not one of the first six Presidents of the United States was an orthodox Christian."--The Encyclopedia Britannica, 1998, p. 420
Some people today assert that the United States government came from Christian foundations. They argue that our political system represents a Christian ideal form of government and that Jefferson, Madison, and others, had simply expressed Christian values while framing the Constitution. If this proved true, then we should have a wealth of evidence to support it, yet just the opposite proves the case. Although, indeed, many of America's colonial statesmen practiced Christianity, our most influential Founding Fathers broke away from traditional religious thinking. The ideas of the Great Enlightenment that began in Europe had begun to sever the chains of monarchical theocracy. These ideas of freedom to understand all creation spread throughout early America. Instead of relying on faith through belief, people began to use their sense of wonder and use reason and science as their guide. The humanistic philosophical writers of the Enlightenment, such as Locke, Rousseau, and Voltaire, had greatly influenced our Founding Fathers and Isaac Newton's mechanical and mathematical foundations served as a grounding post for their scientific reasoning. A few Christian fundamentalists attempt to convince us to return to the Christianity of early America, yet according to the historian, Robert T. Handy, "No more than 10 percent-- probably less-- of Americans in 1800 were members of congregations.
"The Founding Fathers, also, rarely practiced Christian orthodoxy. Although they supported the free exercise of any religion, they understood the dangers of religion. Most of them believed in deism and attended Freemasonry lodges. According to John J. Robinson, "Freemasonry had been a powerful force for religious freedom." Freemasons took seriously the principle that men should worship according to their own conscience. Masonry welcomed anyone from any religion or non-religion, as long as they believed in a Supreme Being. Washington, Franklin, Hancock, Hamilton, Lafayette, and many others accepted Freemasonry. It is interesting to note that the modern day Twelve Step Program also has its foundation in allowing a freedom from religion and to allow one to come to his or her own concept of a Higher Power or God as we understood him (or it). The Constitution reflects our founder’s views of a secular government, protecting the freedom of any belief or unbelief. The historian, Robert Middlekauff, observed, "the idea that the Constitution expressed a moral view seems absurd."
There were no genuine evangelicals in the Convention, and there were no heated declarations of Christian piety.
George Washington
Washington revealed almost nothing to indicate his spiritual frame of mind, hardly a mark of a devout Christian. In his thousands of letters, the name of Jesus Christ never appears. He rarely spoke about his religion, but his Freemasonry experience points to a belief in deism. After Washington's death, Dr. Abercrombie, a friend of his, replied to a Dr. Wilson, who had interrogated him about Washington's religion replied, "Sir, Washington was a Deist."
John Adams
Adams, a Unitarian, flatly denied any connection between the fledgling government and organized religion, as seen in his "A Defense of the Constitutions of Government of the United States of America" [1787-1788]."The United States of America have exhibited, perhaps, the first example of governments erected on the simple principles of nature; and if men are now sufficiently enlightened to disabuse themselves of artifice, imposture, hypocrisy, and superstition, they will consider this event as an era in their history. Although the detail of the formation of the American governments is at present little known or regarded either in Europe or in America, it may hereafter become an object of curiosity. It will never be pretended that any persons employed in that service had interviews with the gods, or were in any degree under the influence of “Heaven,” more than those at work upon ships or houses, or laboring in merchandise or agriculture; it will forever be acknowledged that these governments were contrived merely by the use of reason and the senses. Also in that document, he goes on to write:"...Thirteen governments [of the original states] thus founded on the natural authority of the people alone, without a pretence of miracle or mystery, and which are destined to spread over the northern part of that whole quarter of the globe, are a great point gained in favor of the rights of mankind.
James Madison
Called the father of the Constitution; Madison had no conventional sense of Christianity. In 1785, Madison wrote in his Memorial and Remonstrance against Religious Assessments:
"During almost fifteen centuries has the legal establishment of Christianity been on trial. What have been its fruits? More or less in all places, pride and indolence in the Clergy, ignorance and servility in the laity; in both, superstition, bigotry and persecution." "What influence, in fact, have ecclesiastical establishments had on society? In some instances they have been seen to erect a spiritual tyranny on the ruins of the civil authority; on many instances they have been seen upholding the thrones of political tyranny; in no instance have they been the guardians of the liberties of the people. Rulers who wish to subvert the public liberty may have found an established clergy convenient auxiliaries. A just government, instituted to secure and perpetuate it, needs them not."
Benjamin Franklin
". . . Some books against Deism fell into my hands. . . It happened that they wrought an effect on my quite contrary to what was intended by them; for the arguments of the Deists, which were quoted to be refuted, appeared to me much stronger than the refutations; in short, I soon became a thorough Deist."Dr. Priestley, an intimate friend of Franklin, wrote of him: "It is much to be lamented that a man of Franklin's general good character and great influence should have been an unbeliever in Christianity, and also have done as much as he did to make others unbelievers"Thomas PaineThis freethinker and author of several books, influenced more early Americans than any other writer. Although he held Deist beliefs, he wrote in his famous The Age of Reason:
"I do not believe in the creed professed by the Jewish church, by the Roman church, by the Greek church, by the Protestant church, nor by any church that I know of. My own mind is my church. " "Of all the systems of religion that ever were invented, there is no more derogatory to the Almighty, more un-edifying to man, more repugnant to reason, and more contradictory to itself than this thing called Christianity."
It may very well be a complete waist of my time, again, to suggest to you that you should study some American History. I suggest a book called Common Sense by Thomas Paine.
I’m not sure, but I think you would find this book to be very interesting. They have a special printing of it at Barns and Noble Booksellers, and it sells for only $3.95.
“Common Sense became the moral and intellectual touchstone for the American colonist struggling for independence from England. It sold over 120,000 copies within three months of its publication in 1776.
The United States of America owes its existence in part to the incendiary brilliance of the work. In presenting his case to the American colonist that a break with England was not only inevitable and justified, Thomas Paine convincingly argued that the time for debate was over and that it was now time for the American colonist to raise arms. He ventured the judgment that in a war with England, America would emerge the victor.
The striking phrases and clarity of vision of Common Sense continue to resonate with readers today.”
This man’s insight into God or Truth, or this energy behind all creation, was incredible. Yet those of Orthodox Religion that brought with them the stern doctrines and attitudes of belief systems, would serve to imprison him and to destroy him. Because of the lies perpetuated by Orthodox Christians, “Paine would carry to his death the reputation of an atheist---wrongly, for he did not deny the existence of God, only the divinity of (the orthodox view) of Jesus Christ. Although his views on religion were not so uncommon, for nearly all the most prominent American Founding Fathers were known to admit in private to beliefs resembling Paine’s, the ardor with which he attacked Christian pieties and their supposed ground in the Bible was new and startling.” His explicit expression of questioning the orthodox beliefs roused the “faithful” to fury and earned Paine an enmity that destroyed the good reputation he enjoyed for his earlier activities in behalf of the American cause.
The sad truth is that those that did not live by the love of God and Truth but chose the path of orthodoxy, brought the stead fast violence of their conditioned minds with them, and set out to unleash their wrath on Paine in the name of their orthodox beliefs, which history writes as termed the “Christian faithful”. His health, never firm after his imprisonment, was failing. Because of the mistreatment and malnourishment he suffered in prison, he rarely could summon sufficient energy to address the issues of the day and social isolation from those wanting to bring him harm only increased his misery.
Abe Lincoln
In a SPECIAL ISSUE of TIME magazine, July 4, 2005 Issue, there was a noble work done called “Uncovering the Real Abe Lincoln”. There had always been stories circulated about him being a doubter of “religion”, “but Republicans saw him as a great asset and tried to build a myth that would last—and do the party lasting good. In May 1865, the Republican editor Josiah Holland interviewed the President’s law partner William Hendon at length. When the subject of religion came up, Herndon told him, ‘The less said, the better,’ doubting that the pious Holland would want the details of Lincoln’s unorthodox history. How, for example, Lincoln had doubted the divinity of Christ and the infallibility of the Bible. “Oh, never mind,” Holland said. “I’ll fix that”—and his book made Lincoln a model Christian.
Here is an excerpt from the beginning of the first chapter of Thomas Paine’s work:
COMMON SENSE
CHAPTER I
Some writers have so confounded society with government, as to leave no distinction between them; whereas they are not only different, but have different origins. Society is produced by our wants, and government by our wickedness; the former promotes our happiness positively by uniting our affections, the latter negatively by restraining our vices. The one encourages intercourse, the other creates distinctions. The first is a patron, the last is a punisher.
Society in every state is a blessing, but government, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil; in its worst state an intolerable one; for when we suffer, or are exposed to the same miseries by a government, which we might expect in a country without government, our calamity is heightened by reflecting that we furnish the means by which we suffer…

History is full of the evil of those that have their beliefs rooted in religion, and here we are in this new century with this same nonsense prevailing. It is not until we are free from the stranglehold of religion that we can operate in a natural state of intelligence that goes beyond self, and the freedom thereof, and is of a natural goodness. The natural capacity of the human being that has gone beyond thought is to be good. The Constitution and the DOI was founded based on this principle. Look at our society today and ask yourself if this culture with its beliefs in this bizarre religion is working? Ask yourself how you beliefs in religion have changed you and made you a threat to everything that is corrupted and harmful to mankind? Look at how those that are rooted in belief will justify harm to another human being in the name of that belief. It is time that the People stood up against this continued pressure of our culture to so impose these conditioned belief systems, and to judge those that don’t subscribe to this orthodox nonsense as being immoral. Most secular studies on neurosis, psychosis, and moral integrity have centered on the fact that the mind that believe in religion is the dangerous mind, and not the mind that questions it. I am convinced that the belief in organized religion and this concept of a personal god is the major cause of corruption and wrong behaviors on this earth as it is untrue. I am not in conflict with anyone that has any other belief system then mine, but these orthodox “Christians” or those with any orthodox belief system may be in conflict with me. I am not in denial here and I know that you will probably not understand the truth of what I say, but the sad reality is that your unwillingness to look into your conditioning and go beyond it will certainly bring about the destruction of mankind.
Anything dealing with "international" this or that in the Constitution must be examined by the People. Is it in compliance with the principles set forth in the DOI? The People can't get wound up in the "Corporate U.S." trap. As I said, there's a ton of fraud, corruption and deceit that has taken over this country, and 200+ years of it is enough! We have to clean up the cobwebs of fraud and deception that has clogged our minds. For the sake of freedom in this country, get out of that deceptive thinking!
The mind that is effortlessly whole and un-fragmented and has ended all ambition with any motive to manipulate or bring harm to anything or anyone is a mind that has absolved the self completely and no longer believes in organized religion.

"Whenever we read the obscene stories, the voluptuous debaucheries, the cruel and tortuous executions, the unrelenting vindictiveness, with which more than half the Bible is filled, it would be more consistent that we called it the word of a demon than the word of God. It is a history of wickedness, that has served to corrupt and brutalize mankind; and, for my part, I sincerely detest it, as I detest everything that is cruel."
Thomas Paine
